the apartment room was spacious. great location. friendly hotel workers and very helpful however there were many things that were not in the room when we came (ex: electric kettle and kitchenwares) we have to ask for it for several times to think that it says on their webpage during booking that the room is equipped with these and that. the exhaust in the kitchen was not working on its optimal so when we cook something the entire room will smells food

The theme room was absolutely wonderful, romantic, fun. Visited during the Covid 19 so restaurant was closed but the in room breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel highly. Only downside is the city itself is kind of boring.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, clean and cozy. We had dinner also at the restaurant and the food was excellent! Very tasty! The location was also extremely convenient as it was near the local bar street, near the castle, shopping street and it was easy to reach. Overall, a recommendable choice!
Really nice hotel. Stayed for one night in a theme room. Great area for enjoying a beer or a glass of wine in the evening, along the canal
As 'usual', very nice place, nice people, good food, good accommodations. Can't praise the staff enough, every single one of them. Come here a lot for work, never disappointed.
Very comfortable hotel. Great location on the canal. The staff were well trained and very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast.
Was looking forward to staying at this hotel but the service was rather disappointing. I reserved a deluxe room with a king size bed (equivalent of two twin beds). For some unknown reason I got assigned to a closet sized room with a twin bed. Receptionist was "not able to get me a room" as the hotel was "fully booked". I ended up going to another hotel.
