We met Chris 6 years ago when we moved to Texas Hill Country. Chris has been a GREAT find for us and a valuables asset in running our business. He has supported us without fail through thick and thin. Chris has been responsive, helpful and above all VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about virtually all PC, hardware, software, networks, compatibility - you name it he can make it work. Chris has built two computers for us and they are beyond expectation and came in below budget. He made transferring the data from old machines to the new easy and painless and fast. We didn't loose a single piece of data during the transition. I can't say enough good things about Chris. If I could give a zero star rating I would. The calls are never answered or returned during supposed business hours, Knowledge of computer hardware is by far the worst I have seen, and the overall quality of service is nonexistent! I hate to have to write this review, but \Help Desk\ needs some help of its own. Some advice would be for y'all to answer your phone for a start, following that would be gain some more knowledge and competence when it comes to hardware specifics, and as a final tip, RETURN PHONE CALLS! It's really as easy as that and your business would be a much more enjoyable experience.
