Literally the biggest group of crooks on planet earth. Had the cheek to take me small claims court four years after unsuccessfully getting me anything and then demanding 950 for the pleasure. Do not use this company it’ll be the biggest mistake of your life. Completely and utterly useless in every way.

After FIVE MONTHS. they sent a message telling me my claim was waiting for me. I called them and they said they wanted my bank details so I could be PAID STRAIGHT AWAY. Today, after having told me that they have received my details, I called them to ask when the payment would be paid into my bank account. She then told me that they would send the form back to HSBC, and it would be \up to 28 days before I received my payment.\ This will now be SIX MONTHS since I made this claim with them, before I receive this money!!! I'm still not going to receive my payment until 10th March.
Scammers, please do not use them. They pretend to be you and call your bank! Used my signature for a claim I did not want them to follow up.
I genuinely have no issues with this company. They done all the leg work and I got 7000 back. They didn't even ask for my bank details. (which is a red flag in itself) got cheques sent to my address. Hassle free. They do take 25% of what you win but at the end of the day, I didnt expect anything back.
Made a claim with this company that was successful, however whenever I called there was no answer, the website was ‘under maintenance’ and I did most of the chasing myself. When I received the cheque I’d already had two red letters and 16 phones calls demanding payment (30% not the 24% as agreed) I’ve had my money now 3 weeks and have not settled simply due to the harassment Ive received plus the cost to myself in calls etc etc, I think 6 letters in one week when it hadn’t even cleared ridiculous. When they revise their charge I’ll settle.
