I was quoted a price over the phone but then charged more on collection. I brought this up but it was dismissed. The hearth came in two pieces leaving a seam down the middle, this had not been mentioned when measurements were given. The lintel to go with the hearth had been requested in matching stone, it came in two distinctly different colours, one being a pronounced pink. As the fitter was booked there wasn’t time to get this changed. Very disappointing.
