Absolutely horrendous. Can’t organise themselves at all. Dropped my car off for mot on Monday one week. Chased later on to be told their ramp had broken. Said they could hopefully get it done later or the next day. Heard nothing still the next day so had to chase them. In the end I picked my car up and they said they’d call me when the ramp was fixed. Heard nothing for a day or so. Yet again had to chase them. Got through to be told I’d now have to wait until Monday the following week (which was yesterday). Car failed the mot on brake pipes, which they said they could look at today. I’ve now waited all day with no call by 1:30pm so I chased them AGAIN. I’ve now called twice more since. Was promised it would definitely be looked at today (Tuesday) by Dave on the phone. They’re now closed and I’ve had no call and am still left without my car. I’ve never been had such a bad service from a garage.

Made an online enquiry for a motorcycle tyre. Chap phoned me back and very helpful and ordered the tyre in and I visited two days later. This is where mine and HiQ's story will differ. I say I checked on the telephone call that I want the tyre/wheel fitted to the bike as I don't take off my wheel (a lot of motorcyclists do). I'm sorry, I don't know how to and I know it's a bit of a balancing act to get it right so leave it to the professionals. The chap I spoke to on the phone said he would never of agreed to that as they don't remove motorcycle wheels. No explanation as to why they don't, they just don't. Not that it would have made a difference but a worthy explantion would have probably made me understand. I wouldn't have rode over to Helston if that had been made clear. Oh well, I did find Taylor's Tyres In Redruth do offer this service so I will be using them.
