We have recently purchased a home in Cornwall where Millers were the agents. The viewing and transaction occurred over lockdown and we were based remotely in the South East. Yvette was very helpful throughout and made what could have been a difficult transaction rather smooth. She was very responsive and instrumental in driving the sale through to completion by proactively corralling all parties involved. We were impressed by her professionalism and focus. These comedians reckon they can get you the best mortgage deal on the planet but they charge you 500 quid for it which added in to your mortgage deal term can make you worse off. Better going with money supermarket or something, better deal, no massive fee and you don't have to listen to these lot droning on about how they are the best in the business

I was not from the area, so initially dealt with Sefan and the team via email and phone calls only. They were always polite, thorough and honest, getting back to me on my queries very quickly. Nothing was too much effort for them. Because of Covid-19 and lawyers etc, the sale did take much longer than anticipated. Throughout this frustrating time I always felt like they had my best interests at heart and were understanding of my plight and proactive in dealing with everyone. I never felt that I had to chase them for updates or information. Whenever Stefan was going to be off, he would call and update me and tell me who would be my contact in the office in his absence. A really thoughtful touch. Their professionalism and calm shone through and helped to make this very stressful time in my life calm. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if I were to buy or sell again I would not even consider using any other estate agents

The agents Tom and Stefan Of Millers in Helston were not directly acting for me as the buyer but they have been so helpful . Their communication and expertise in bringing what for me was a very difficult purchase to completion has been second to none. I would highly recommend Millers of Helston to anyone thinking about getting onto the housing market.
