I love The Level Collective and Mark’s been excellent keeping me informed on email about delivery and answering any questions I have. Recently, I’ve had the burgundy ‘I will burn bright’ jumper and now the black/gold t-shirt which looks stunning and the quality is great. I’ve ordered a number of items from Level Collective and I am always pleased with them. The t-shirts and jumpers are extremely high quality and, I feel, very much value for money. The service is always quick and friendly. Add to this the company’s absolute commitment to the planet and to people and it’s a no brainier. It’s pretty much the only place I buy clothes from now! Amazing, quality and ethical products. I've had so many items from TLC and even after many years they are still great. Helpful, friendly communication from the company founder keeping me informed of progress. The backpack is a lovely bit of kit. Beautifully made and robust (albeit that I can't get out and about with it at present, due to the lockdown). The handwritten note that accompanied it was a nice touch too. Super pleased with my mini roll top ! I love that Ali, who made the bag, signed it- nice personal touch! It ticked lots of boxes for me- British made, organic cotton and ethical - which can be hard to find. The material feels super sturdy and of good quality- looking forward to using it for many years!
