Excellent service from start to finish. Don't be fooled by thinking the big retailers give you a better service. We had a carpet fitted by Amelia flooring which sometime later unfortunately developed a fault. Without any hesitation Chris contacted the manufacturer and got the carpet replaced. They definitely go the extra mile.
