Excellent service, great local company, highly recommended. We started using Aquachill at the Hemel Hempstead school I work at after the well-know national company that we were using kept letting us down, took weeks to come in and service our coolers, and needed two weeks notice to supply bottled water. I came across Aquachill by chance after Googling water cooler suppliers. They were just brilliant from the initial meeting, installing 20 water coolers and boilers within days, and have since installed more due to Covid requirements. I can't recommend them enough, if you're unhappy with your supplier try these guys-you won't regret it.

Aquachill Water Coolers Pros: 1) No waiting when we run out of water. Delivery within 24 hours guaranteed, and they keep their word. 2) Quality Natural mineral water. 3) So friendly and willing to help. 4) Genuinely honest with no complicated paperwork or unknown items on our bills. (We've left some of the bigger companies due to this) 5) Don't appear to be trying to take over the world. Cons: 1) So far none. Perhaps they'll struggle in the summer when the weather warms up, time will tell. So far so good though. Try these guys first as not having a long contract means you can't really lose.

It's astonishing how companies in the water delivery sector differ. Aquachill Water Coolers are bringing service in this industry out of the dark ages. Guaranteeing 24 hour delivery so we never run out, makes them the only company I've found that actually see through on that promise. I can't recommend them highly enough.
