1 star for girl behind til. And poor service after .cutting a long story short .needed help with large item . Told they are not allowed to. 5 mins later the worker is outside helping another customer with a large item .absaloute joke . Will not be returning . Disappointed

Annoying because I travelled from Stevenage to buy something that was in stock online but wasn't there after 2.5 hours on buses had to arrange home delivery which I could have done at my local branch. Sort out the IT ARGOS!
