Terrible experience lots of staff are not wearing masks and shouting across the customer scanning area to eachother. The store was very dirty no cleaning station or area to clean trolleys and baskets. Floor looked dirty and shelves untidy. Heard a number of unhappy/disgruntled customers. I would like to know what the back warehouse looks like as the shop area is disgusting.

Despite using the scan and go app. Staff won't allow the trolley in.

I'm so happy with the products range of this shop and how fresh fruits are. Go tesco if you want \1 week old\ strawberries looking awful. Nothing wrong with tesco on the other side but I find ASDA far superior. Keep the good work going guys.

I shop at the place and love strawberries. I always find that they spoil VERY quickly. I decided to log my experience. * Bought a strawberries on 12 October with a sell by date of 15 October. * Stored in the fridge over night (not washed). * Prepared them on 14 October finding that around half had already spoiled. Mr Asda what do your strawberry elves do to them ? Except for fruit you are great. Nice steaks.

Simple basic Asda in hemel Hempstead town. Not the greatest for stock but good for locals. Sometimes if you go late in evening shelves can be quite bare. Also you have to pay to park here which is 2 but this is refunded inside when making purchases. I would say if you can get to a bigger Asda go there instead but if you are local and need something basic then this store should stock it.
