Purchased a toilet pan from Hemel Store. Courier delivered the pan broken. Sent back. Delivered a second pan broken. Sent back. Store refuses a refund. Directs me to customer services who do not answer their phone. I am owed either a toilet pan or a refund still not any response.

Bathstore failed to deliver all the items that we ordered and paid for. The earliest they could provide the missing item was after the installation was due to be finished. Blamed me for not arranging delivery early enough so that their mistakes could be rectified. I now have to take an extra day off work to wait for a delivery. Compensation? No chance! Definitely won’t be using them again.
