Very easy to work with. They had a great range, and didn't rush the decision. The fitter was flexible on when the flooring (a good quality laminate being laid in my daughter's bedroom), was super friendly and did an excellent job. And for the quality of the finish and fit, I thought it was good value too. Very happy to support a local village retailer.
