Just finished my invisalign treatment with Pooja. I'm absolutely in love with my teeth, it took me less than a year from my first consultation to finish and this is including the lockdown period when the practise was shut for 3 months. I also whitened my teeth and got some composites. The staff were helpful, always sent reminders about appointments and never let me down! Thank you to everyone at the practise, but especially Pooja for making this an enjoyable and stress free experience.

I visited the practice for the first time in quite some time, last week. Following a rather traumatic experience abroad, I had developed a bit of a phobia and was pretty terrified. Ellie on reception was super lovely and helpful, way better than some I’ve experienced at other practices and that’s what you want when you’re feeling on edge! The practice is operating extremely safe COVID measures and it couldn’t have been more hygienic. My appointment was with Pooja who could not have been more lovely and reassuring.one story short, I was back for a filling today. I’ve had a horrid black mark on my front tooth for years which has made me very self conscious and not really wanting to smile. Pooja identified the issue and today I left the clinic with a proper smile. It has totally made my Christmas. And my phobia of the dentist has eased loads. Professional and courteous staff made a potential painful dentist visit smooth sailing. I understood that Covid had severely disrupted standard dental procedures nationwide and so was grateful that everything went smoothly. A text notification was received prior to my appointment as both a reminder and detailing the Surgeries Covid safe practice. I waited outside as requested and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who took my temperature before inviting me inside. Inside the practice it was reassuring to see all the appropriate measures for social distancing were in place and i wore my mask as requested whilst being checked in and taken to the treatment room. The Dentist and nurse had more PPE on than usual due to safe working practice but this didn't get in the way of them making me feel comfortable and completing the extraction without any pain. Whilst we acknowledge many services for their work during these difficult times its clear working in peoples mouths is as high risk as it can be. So thank you Chaulden Dental Practice for your own bravery and professionalism. Let's hope I don't have to come back too soon!
