never answer calls no matter what option you pick. never reply to emails. had a query about my bills being DOUBLE what they promised. now cant even get hold of them to cancel. disgusting customer service. DO NOT USE

Do not have anything to do with this company. Although they don’t actually tell you there name until you get the one and only letter you get from them. This company is an absolute disgrace. How they get away with doing what they do is beyond me. They promised me they would pay any cancellation fees from my current supplier. Complete lie.!! Then they took more than twice the amount from my account they had told me. They have told me lie after lie from the beginning then they deny what they have said. Don’t worry and don’t panic seems to be there favourite saying but nothing actually gets done.

I run a car garage and was paying a ridiculous amount of money for line rental, internet and call. I've always considered leaving and moving to a different company when a lovely lady called me from Cleartelecoms to offer me the same package that I had with my old provider for over half the price. Now I pay 33 pound a month and never had a problem with this customer. They discussed everything with me and I'm so pleased with the customer service that they have provided me while moving company's. They have answered every questions and helped me when I didn't understand something on my bill. I have now recommended my friends and family to this company and they have said how easy the move was the price brilliant.
