Usually I just use the drive through, however today I went inside to get a toastie. There were 9 people on shift - 5 of which are crowded round just chatting and none of them thought to serve me, the only customer in store. The girl who eventually served me after a few minutes of waiting kept complaining about wiping down and sanitising the surfaces behind the bar as well as washing her hands - which just goes to show how dirty the place is if the staff don't want to keep the place clean - and don't know how. Rude service and once my toastie had finished cooking, she left in on the side and walked off. This is the only thing I had ordered. The other staff then proceeded to give my toastie to another customer at the drive through window. After about 5 minutes of the staff standing at the end chatting away they decided to ask what I was waiting for then cooked me another toastie - not very apologetic and very unprofessional. All around terrible service, the attitude of the staff is that of a group of children and they don't know how to clean a store. All staff including what seemed to be the manager need training on basic customer service skills as this is not how you run a business.

I order my brunch here most days for delivery and they’ve always hit the spot but this morning (Maybe due to my order history!) enclosed a gift box with a can of their iced latte, a 250g bag of their signature blend a small bottle of monin syrup. Really made my morning. Keep up the work guys, loving that service!

We used the drive through, which was fine. I ordered an iced americano with almond milk (light on the ice), which was nice. Though, they used far too little ice, to the point where it was lukewarm! Massive shame, though will be back to try some SF Gingerbread Syrup. There is ample parking. Perhaps plan ahead before ordering, because the only time you'll be able to see the menu is at the ordering window. I have heard the app is quite good. Can't vouch for the store interior, but I shall go at some point, and write another review.

As always.... great coffee. Easily accessible thanks to ample parking rite outside. This is a regular stop for me... I come here several times per week for a coffee often enjoyed outside in the sun at one of the tables provided.
