Was very happy with the service. Got a demo of the windows at the showroom. The visit at home to get a quote was quick. Second visit to get exact measurements was very quick. The installation team were really friendly, efficient and left hardly any mess. They found a problem after removing one old window, but it was quickly discussed and they arranged to sort it out for me there and then.

I had Bruce come out to quote for a conservatory, with the promise that he’d be in touch. Over a month later I called back as I hadn’t heard anything. Spoke to Bruce who said he’d call me back that week with a quote- still not heard anything months down the line. I’d like to know why I’ve had this service? Or lack of it!
