Galaxy Destroyer

Very very bad service, would rate zero stars if possible, payed for next day delivery on something, took 1 WEEK to get to my house. I get there is a pandemic and everything and I totally understand....except i live like 15 minutes down the road only got it delivered because I had to self isolate but wasn't expecting this never going to shop here again, gonna use the one in Watford because at least they get to my house when they say they are going to.

These guys arn't as pc as I thought they would be. I'm all for political correctness facilities in the UK but these guys didn't seem to care at all about helping me learn what I can and can't say. They just kept trying to sell me personal computers. I'm not surprised by the lack of helpfulness, after all the person assisting was an American so I didn't expect much. He also had his religious beliefs on this tag which as an atheist I didn't like. I get that you are Christian but you don't have to force these beliefs on me am I right?

Ordered a washing machine and cooker for my daughter's new flat. Waited in for it and it never arrived! Apparently they \couldn't park\! And drove off didn't notify us that they were there! Nightmare getting a refund too. Will never use this joke of a retailer again

Awful customer service!! I booked online a coffee machine the day before, drove for 20miles to pick it up and it was disappeared! Customer service unable to swopped it with another colour & I proposed to take the item displayed: No problem solving skills at all! Inflexible, useless and inefficient personnel! Unreliable online (poor)service!
