Unfortunately 1 star is the least I can give this branch. I used to love this branch and have been loyal for over 3 years (I’m a platinum member) . From the team, last few managers and most recent assistant manager they were all amazing. Unfortunately, the new branch manager has a tendency to bully and harass his black customers. I have never had one positive interaction with him since he started 4/5 months ago (I rented monthly). Examples of his extremely poor customer service : deliberately giving me dirty cars to drive during a pandemic ???? Which then caused us to go back and forth. I shouldn't have to beg enterprise for a clean car given where we are right now as a society. Questioning how I am able to afford the rentals when that isn’t his business, being hostile every time I come into store by rolling his eyes with attitude. If I have been renting peacefully for 3years from this same branch then it shows I’m not the problem. The REAL ISSUE though is that up till today, though I do not rent there again he is STILL harassing me and my partner which is why I believe it is a personal problem he has with me as he is using my data (which I don’t even think is even legal) and searching me and my partner up on social media and basically obsessing over us. The enterprise graduate program should empower young grads not turn them into monsters with power who don’t let customers live peacefully. I really didn’t want to write this review but as I have already complained about this particular manager. I literally have to make members of the public aware MYSELF of the level of disgusting behaviour some of these branch managers will go too. Moral of the story. Don’t go to enterprise hemel, their manager won’t leave me alone and he might do the same to you especially if you’re black! I’ve seen other reviews complaining about this same manager and I feel strongly that enterprise need to take this seriously.

Everyone here has been super helpful with all our requests and even going the extra mile to ensure that we were able to get the rental to happen. Ross G Van Niekerk was very helpful in many ways. He helped us change our rental a number of times as well as made sure we got the exact vehicle type we needed to move all our luggage in comfort. Great place would totally rent from them and enterprise again.

We ordered are car a week before we had to pick it up.so that would give any company the time to get you chosen mid range car ready for you. But no only had a small compact car not what we had asked for.and paid for in advance.but the manager did apologise.and said that's all they had in place.felt so mugged off. But then the manager did turn it around with some reduced cost and reduced fuel and 20 percent discount on are next purchase.the car itself might of been small but it did have all the bells and whistles with it.and was really nice to drive and had excellent fuel consumption.so all in all I give you guys a 4 star rating.and I will be using you again. Thanks

Fantastic team. Harry and Jenti were friendly and helpful. Good communication from the team. Efficient service. I chose enterprise as my brother in law and his family rented a car for a month when visiting from Australia 2 years ago. Remembered the service. Same people. Excellent.
