Just booked online a van and got 3 hours later a phone call that they have to cancel my booking! Very poor organisation and service. Would not recommend to anyone!

140 just calling RAC. Make sure you look at the small print if you do not pay the premium covers and you have any sort of issues and you call any recovery or if you have a tyre puncture they will charge you every penny to your credit card they're trying to catch people out so make sure you read the small print they said there a car hire company but it feels like it's your car so if anything goes wrong it's up to you to fix it if you do not fix it they charge you money to fix their car which should be included part of the rentals. Customer service agent will speak to you how about that feel speaks to you in a degradable manner and insult you but when you submit the complaint to the company they will come back and say well you both was having a argument even though that's not the truth and there was other people was witnessed let you guys be the judge of it .my best advice is you might be a bit more by go to enterprise or avius and better customer service and you will get lots for your money.

Disgusting!!!! BEWARE!! Hired a car for 6months, 500 charge for the smallest stone chip found on return. Told via phone call, no emails or letters. Repair could have been sorted for 90% less of the charge but complete refusal to sort with alternative repair companies. Sent straight to dept collectors DID NOT INFORM ME FIRST! At 40 weeks pregnant - fee and awful survice - contacted solicitor, the 500 fee was paid before being raised any further! Will never use again! Horrible service and stressful time. DISGUSTING!! And still extremely shocked!!!!

Car was inexpensive,however not the car that I ordered online and reeked of cigarettes! Place itself a little shabby and run down.I suppose you get what you pay for......

Just got stung by them for 140 for a replacement tyre, because I had the audacity to have a puncture on my return journey from my house to their location. It was back in August and they wait 3 months to sting me. Lumped on a nice 40 admin fee to make sure they got as much out of me as possible. Rip-off merchants, last time I visit this conshop.
