My husband and I had been talking about this trip for quite some time and had looked at many off-the-shelf tours for Chile and Argentina but none were quite right. We had a list of must see areas and things that we wanted to do whilst there for approx. 3-4 weeks. A friend of ours suggested that we try using Hazel and this proved to be an excellent recommendation. We gave Hazel a list of places we wanted to visit and left it with her to put together a suitable itinerary. We were quite clear that we didn’t want to stay in large hotels as we were more concerned with location, this was important to us and I can safely say that the accommodation we stayed in was exactly right for what we wanted. She arranged all of the international flights, interconnecting flights, transfers, accommodation and numerous tours and excursions which were Hazel fully met and often exceeded our desires, she communicated effectively throughout and her service has been outstanding. I have booked 3 holidays with hazel now and all times have been effortless, Hazel has an idea of what I want and she does her best to find exactly what I want. Would definitely recommend her, would give more stars if I could. Will absolutely be booking more holidays with her in the future.
Hazel planned a road trip for us along the Californian coast. From start to finish she made life easy, I thought it would be involved asking someone to plan our trip but I couldn't have been more wrong. Hazel really listened and understood what we were looking for and found us some amazing hotels which we would never have found had it not been for her suggestions. Not only did she take care of our flights, hotels and car hire but advised us about trips, in fact, we took her advice about pre-booking tickets for Alcatraz and were glad that we did as it was extremely popular. I had never used a travel agent before and I must confess I was slightly apprehensive but I was very glad to be proved wrong. We will definitely be using Explore Abroad again. Thank you Hazel for planning such a memorable trip for us.
We all just wanted to say a big thank you Hazel for organising our dream holiday. Everything was perfect! From the lovely accommodation, fantastic trips ,often just us 4 and timing always impeccable . For example the early morning hanging bridges tour was breathtaking and only us and our guide there! Also the zip line experience was exhilarating and we were the only ones there the whole way back down ! All the tour guides were friendly and knowledgable. All the transfers were hassle free and drivers safe. Each location has different , fantastic memories and to finish with that amazing view and hotel in Tamorindo was the icing on the cake! We fell in love with Costa Rica and didn’t want to come back !. From the rain forest, to volcano, mountains and beach all was magnificent and we have magical memories. Booking a trip with Hazel is easy. She listened to what I wanted and came up with several options for me to choose from. In addition to finding flights and hotels she also arranged for private transfers which made for a relaxing trip.
Excellent service. Gave my requirement to the Explore Abroad who offered several options for me to choose from which saved me the time looking at several different sites. Would use again simply because the choices provided were far greater than what I would have found directly myself.
