I have just had my first PT session with Fitness 4 You. I was really impressed with the thought that went in to the session and how my trainer Brad managed to make the session fun, informative and challenging. Brad had high quality equipment which enabled him to introduce a great range of exercises. I will definitely be back for more!

I've so far had 3 outdoor 1-2-1 sessions with Brad at Fitness4You. Brad has listened to my concerns over high impact work and adapted my programme accordingly. In each session there has been a good range of cardio and strength training and I'm enjoying the sessions definitely feeling the next day that I have worked out. Brad has great communication and I highly recommend Fitness4you.

I had a great first session with Brad. Having not moved much at all this latest lockdown I needed to get back to exercise. I discussed with Brad areas I would like to work on and he was able to tailor a plan for me. I treat exercise as a necessary evil but Brad was able to make it fun and informative for me. I felt safe working with him as I could see he was sanitising all his equipment when I arrived. I look forward to our next session.
