can't say anything about the flooring but their staff are incredibly rude. I was driving in Rickmansworth down a narrow road, and a flor van with presumably a fitter appeared to be parked on the side of the road. I thought he was stationary and went to carefully pass him. I realised at that point he was waiting for another car, someway in the distance, to pass, so stopped to reverse back. He hadn't given me 2 seconds before he started hurling abuse at me, shouting rudely. If this is the character of the staff they employ, I wouldn't go anywhere near them.

This is the first ever review I have written as I don't normally do this sort of thing but after a traumatic kitchen fitting Flor have ensured that the experience ended with a very positive experience.What can I say but excellent service, professional and very helpful fitters. I now have an amazing kitchen with a fantastic floor. 11/10 Big, big Thank you.
