Absolutely disgraceful! Spend there 500 on tyres to find my car with scratch on alloys. Regional manager response after 4 weeks of chasing based on WhatsApp picture was that it's because paint was put on rusted wheel. Mr manager -aluminium doesn't rust but anyway you can see proper untouched base coat under the lacker, no chance for any corrosion. Complete lack of responsibility. Never leave your car there.

Sent my car for an Mot and headlamp replacement. Got the car back from Formula one Hemel Hempstead full of Scratches around the bumper. Staff there made me feel that I am making things up and told me to go and find quotes and they will pay half of the repair. I have photos taken before and after as proof.

I went to replace my tyre. They were supposed to do wheel balancing as well along with the replacement. However, they didn't do the wheel balancing saying that there is a problem with my suspension arm. Since I paid online upfront, I didn't bother to check the bill. Later once reached home, I realised that they not just do wheel balancing, they also charged me for wheel balancing in the bill. Before leaving, when I enquired about the estimate for suspension arm issue, they asked me to call next day. Altogether, I had a very unpleasant experience. They can do much better. Honestly, I won't recommend to anyone.
