No better than criminals. paid 399.99 for a GoPro9 direct. The camera never arrived. Repeatedly called customer services (when I could get through) who stated they would refund or send a replacement. They lied and now claim the camera had been sent. DO NOT BUY DIRECT. Going to police.

I have been trying for about 2 weeks to get a refund for a Max which was sent in duplication to an original Trade-Up promotion. I have been charged for 2 Max and am trying to return one for a full refund. However, the Gopro Service is non existent . GoPro have called on 3 occasions but the line was so bad I couldn't understand a word of what was being said. However, within 3 hours of me posting my experience, GoPro called on a very clear line and within a few minutes a refund was set up. According to their website, wherever they are, apparently the Customer Service Group is suffering as a result of COVID . I am satisfied that I have a result but the whole process was very frustrating. It should not be like that, COVID or no COVID
Trying to talk and communicat with go pro is a total disgrace, Shame on you GoPro.. I just wish I never dealt with you !!!!!! -10
Awful. The worst company I have ever used. Their customer service is honestly the most shocking experience of my life. Ordered a Gopro 3 months ago and it wasn't delivered. Customer service said they had issued a refund before I placed the order? Figure that one out. Then send they wouldn't honour my order, won't refund the tax I've paid??? and will only give me a discount if I buy there most expensive camera. Absolute con artists
Horrendous customer service, poor distribution, purchase the camera from a reseller. Not surprising that their share price has tanked in the past 5 years.
