Even through covid times this garage was very helpful in facilitate the purchase of a second hand car. No test drives or contact with the garage makes things awkward and perhaps the rush with paperwork which is mostly online is rushed a little. The salesman was helpful all the way through the purchase so no complaints.

We are very pleased with the exceptional customer service received at Hartwell Ford Hemel Hempstead. Our dealer was Matthew Peterson and he was exceptional. My brother was the one buying the car, and we had so many questions about the agreement (it was our first time buying a car from a dealer) and Matthew very kindly and patiently answered all our questions. Our journey was not that straight forward. We wanted to change the finance plan after agreeing on the one. Given the circumstances, Matthew made it happen within a week. My brother comes to Hemel only on weekends, so we had to get the car by Saturday. However, due to delays at the finance company we were not able to get the car as promised on Saturday. Matthew came in the next day (even if the shop is closed on Sundays), and signed the documents and handed over the car. Matthew was considerate and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. Thank you very much Matthew and Hartwell Ford Hemel Hempstead.
Very Happy with service from the team. Car had an issue when picked up that wasn't present on the test drive, however they sorted it promptly. Would recommend!
Amazing!! Deniz Ali was our salesman at the Hemel Hartwells and from start to end he was incredible! We were very wary after bad experiences with other dealerships and didn't want to feel pushed or pressured into anything, Deniz took his time and informed us of things we hadn't been made aware of when previously buying cars and was very good at listening and sticking to what our wishes were. He went away twice to sort out different quotes both times coming back with the best he could. When we'd agreed on a car and whilst going through the process of buying it he was keeping us up to date every step of the way and happy to answer all the questions we had along the way and there was alot of them he was just so patient no matter how big or small it was. The car was then delivered from another dealership and came with a service light and a few body work bits and needed an MOT, Deniz was very honest and rang up straight away to explain the situation and that he wasn't happy to give us the car until the service light was sorted and the body work that needed doing was done and obviously the MOT that needed doing regardless. The original date of collecting the car was then pushed back due to staff shortages in the service department which I think we can all understand in this current climate, once again he stayed in continuous contact keeping us informed every step of the way right up until we finally collected the car 2 days later(Today) then originally arranged but I'm glad we waited an extra few days for the car to be the best that it could then of been given a car and having to take it back with problems later because it was a rushed sale. Deniz has taken his time, made sure everything was the best that it could be and been very respectful of our wishes, helpful, patient with our queries and informative throughout. Best salesman we've ever dealt with Thank you again Deniz!
I received amazing customer service here. Steve was intentional, considerate and went above an beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. He communicated everything with transparency, speed and empathy. I cannot fault them. When i had an issue, it was rectified immediately. I even came in earlier for a pick up because my battery died and they helped me to charge it! Thank you for everything!
