I bought a car for my daughter , buying car for 1st time buyer is a challenge but Ali at Hemel car sales has shown us various options with low insurance and zero road tax . All the imperfections was shown clearly including previous work etc He is man with lots of patience Car come with 12 months MOT fresh service and 3 months warranty. My daughter loving it as it was her birthday present. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I lost my job during lockdown and needed to replace the company car I had to give back. I met with a very kind gentleman over at Hemel Car Sales who put me at ease immediately. I bought a 2011 Astra that is perfect for our families needs. Have had the car 2 months now and enjoy driving it as much as I did the day I bought. Thank you Hemel car sales. I would like to say the gentleman's name who helped me but I have a very bad memory for names... sorry but thanks again.

Sorry had to take down the post i had put up before as I left my parking permit in the car i bought from this company which I sent back. They told me they wouldn't send it unless I changed the review that I made, I did so that it would be sent 3 weeks later I received it. In the previous review I stated that they sold me a car that had bald tyres, oil leaks, water pump leak, faulty tyre light, heated seats not working. I took it to mot and they said the car shouldn't of passed mot but they gave me a mot certificate the day I got the car stating that it had passed mot so no need to do it to next year. They sold the car even though it was illegal to be on the road. Be careful and take someone that knows about cars

Be careful. Sold a car with lots of issues (including some faulty parts which weren't meant for the car but had been plugged/welded to fit!). Given a 100 'service charge' to buy which wasn't mentioned beforehand & the warranty is only the most basic level of cover for problems. Buyer beware as they say!

Sold my friend a car that went into limp mode on day one and then spent 20 days out of the next 30 being fixed for various problems. Finally caught fire at speed in the outside lane of a motorway the day after apparently fixing a separate electronic issue. A refund was refused. Avoid.
