Nikki is exceptionally rude, common and unprofessional. We arrived to collect the box, at the arranged time and she wasn't available. She denied having received the forms and then became overtly aggressive over the phone. I should have known better after she put all the other horse box hire companies down during the booking. Not impressed at all.
