There was an admin hiccup at the beginning due to how huge the picture window was. This meant a last minute rescheduled installation date. But Insulating Windows was mortified about it all and did everything possible to make it up to us. When the installation took place it was done professionally and they clearly took a great deal of pride in their work and in providing a good customer experience. They cleaned up after the job was done and left the work area in a very clean and tidy condition. The huge picture window looks great and appears to be a very good quality window. We are very satisfied with the finished product and the very competitive price we got from them. We have used Insulating Windows on 3 different occasions: 1) to replace all the external doors and windows at our first property 2) to install a conservatory at our second property 3) 3 years after the conservatory went in we got them to also replace all the external doors and windows at our second property On all those occasions we would have given them 5 stars. They only get 4 stars on this review due to the admin glitch at the beginning which meant we needed to reschedule the installation. We would be happy to use them again in future and happy to recommend them to anyone. David and Gill

Our sincere thanks go to all at Insulating Windows for giving us the high quality finish we wanted for our home. Everyone throughout sales, survey and fitting was determined to get the job right. They supplied and fitted 12 windows, a pair of French doors and a personnel door to the garage. The work was completed within the time frame given and we now live in a warmer home. We had some double glazing from these guys in 2004 and have been supremely pleased with it. Highly reliable and never any condensation between the panes. Our latest purchase (July 2020) was a Bow window and front door. After sales service at IW is excellent and they accommodated our whims at the installation giving us an awesome overall experience. Quality of the fitting and finishing is 100%. Dont miss-out. You can rely on these guys , which is by no means commonplace in the Double glazing industry.!
