As a complete beginner I've found it very easy to integrate with the existing group, the Sifu (teacher) is patient, calm and extremely knowledgeable. The sessions are roughly 2 hours long and are very good value for money if you go for 8 sessions a month.

What a fantastic class!! the structure is great and it’s always a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I have been learning for about a year and even during COVID It was great that Sifu did Zoom classes and now back in the hall is gone above and beyond to make it safe. If you ever thought of trying Martial Arts, Wing Chun is fantastic...give it a go !!! You won’t be disappointed!! Best decision I made !!

I've been going for about two months now, twice a week. Monday in Hemel and Wednesday in Watford. Sifu Chris is great at showing the practical applications of Wing Chun in a real life situation. Obviously, with COVID-19 he's been mindful and takes precautions for all students' safety. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a martial arts class or even to just make friends.

Great place to learn. Sifu Chris teaches the class brilliantly and with great enthusiasm. The video link lessons have been fantastic during this time when we can't all train together. Would recommend to all interested in learning this art.

Been doing this martial arts for a few years now. I admit I was sceptical about online classes for such a kinesthetic learning process, however I was wrong. The online classes allows you to become more mindful of the forms themselves and the applications they apply to, it is more than going through the motions, it is testing your mind against the patterns you have had to learn. Between drills, new techniques and body movement the class takes on a fun learning space to teach you this art. If you really want a challenge, try Sifu Chris Watts standing meditation class; a fantastic blend of trying to relax while dissolving all your aches and pains. A worthwhile challenge that leave you feeling truly alive afterwards.
