It seems the vast majority of the negative reviews are friends of someone who may or may not have had a bad experience with this place\u200d️ anyway Went into ask about prices and services offered and the lady behind the counter was exceptionally helpful! Decent rates and for the service I think I will be coming here to do my washing. Thanks for being so kind and welcoming. Also following good covid safety guidelines. Located within the big Sainsburys

I Dropped my wife's winter coat off for cleaning on Wednesday morning and they said it would be ready by Friday & I will get a txt to let me know exactly when. Later in the afternoon I got a text to say its ready, initially I thought it was a mistake but when I popped in yes it was ready. Fantastic service, the coat was nicely cleaned & ready for the coming winter. When my wife came home from work I had already put the coat where she had left it for me to take to get cleaned she though I had forgotten to get it cleaned. She was SO PLEADED that it was perfectly clean and back already. Thank you to my local Johnsons cleaners by Sainsburys Five start service.

The most appalling customer “service” I’ve received in a long time. Took three pairs of trousers to be hemmed. Before I’d even opened my mouth to speak, the response was “it’s going to be over a week”. Fine I said. They weren’t done trying to get rid of me yet. When I stated they needed to be measured, the lady asked incredibly “do you not know your inside leg”. No love. Most people don’t which is why I’m in your shop. Some of the rudest people I’ve ever seen. Never again. I’ll be doing my dry cleaning somewhere local from now on.

Rubbish cleansing service. My company clothes got delivered there in 100 packs and all of the colours changed. What makes it even worse is that they won’t even compensate me. How ridiculous. I *DO NOT* Recommend them! P.S. HALAL HAM SENT ME

Gave these guys a 2000 jacket and they wrecked it and then through a hissy fit refunding me the money for the service and then made up some other rubbish about it as well
