Just rude. Wouldn't mind if they was polite about not getting something done, staff act as if your doing them a favour by turning up with a prescription

Appalling service, my wife went there today 1/6/20,she is severely sight impaired and also has many other ailments. She decided to go in by herself, as the store operates a 2 customer only system rather than me accompanying her to assist as we usually do , when she came to pay the lady serving her was very sarcastic unhelpful and downright rude when my wife had difficulty entering her pin number. Whilst I appreciate the fact that these are trying times the level of service was so poor my wife was in tears. Basically avoid at all costs

Terrible!!!! Don't go there!!! If you're dying they will help you dying faster!!! Bad professionals!! The young girl on the counter was very nice but the rest of the team is simply ridiculous!! They are not there to help... Never again!!
