Used them twice in three years (hopefully I’ll stay still a little longer this time). On both occasions the guys were amazing. Really hard working, careful and professional. Great service and really highly recommended.
I saw all the great reviews for this company but now think these are fabricated. The people answering the phone do not speak very good English and therefore communication was poor from the outset. I sent all the details via What's App as requested. All our furniture packed ready to be collected and they didn't turn up! I tried to call them several times and no answer (even though they are supposed to be 24 hours). No return calls to my messages. Really caused us major problems. Totally unprofessional and to be avoided like the plague!!
Didn t show up the day of my move without any notice !!!! And when we called them looks like they forgot about the booking! After that they would not pick up phone calls! Unbelievable! Unbelivable!
