I’m very impressed with the level of service I got from Kenny and his team at Martin Cook Electrical. I had an urgent electrical issue within my property - within an hour Kenny came out, identified the issue and rectified it within a very short time frame. Kenny was punctual, polite, and most importantly he explained what was going on so I could understand the issue. He even made time for my pets. Martin Cook Electrical services investigated a fault within one of our properties. The engineer identified the issue within half an hour. He then advised me on the safest and most cost effective solution to solve the issue, of which we went for. After these works, we authorised MCES to carry out our fixed wire testing which was due and i was very impressed with all aspects of this. We received a programme of works and attendance confirmation before the engineers arrived and they made sure they only turned off circuits which would not interrupt our servers or I.T equipment. The paperwork was received within 3 days and was exactly what we required for the insurance company. The engineers were on time, tidied up after themselves and made sure they explained in simple terms what the issues were. I must add that their appearance was very professional and tidy. I’m very happy with the work carried out, and without a doubt I will be using them for continued works on our premises. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs any electrical work, whether that be domestic, commercial, or industrial.
