Always a pleasure to review a McDonalds. I hit up the pride of Hemel Hempstead this time. Busy establishment, so a bit crowded and manic inside. Service fine and food as you'd expect though. Worth drilling a couple of holes in your exhaust if you fancy the drive thru. Helps you look and sound cool as you rev your engine in the queue.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I’ve ordered from McDonald’s in Jarman’s many times before through Just Eat and have never had an issue, until today! Placed my order at 5pm and it was due to be delivered at 5:18. Well 5:30 rolled around and nothing was heard so I gave until 5:45 to contact the restaurant to which I asked what was going on with my order and I had the phone put down on me. My order time then changed to 5:51 so I just assumed they were busy. And then it changed AGAIN to 6:15 bearing in mind I ordered at 5pm! Finally at 6pm I got a notification saying that my order had been cancelled. I am beyond angry at the appalling customer service I have received!
