This service is completely unbelievable! I have tried to contact for over 3 weeks now. They never answer the phone or reply to any emails whatsoever. To say the NHS are under stress and low staffed, you’d think they’d be happy to have you as an employee!

Disgraceful standards of service. Totally uncontactable. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to the online chat that they refer you to, they don't answer emails, the refer you to the website where you 'can get the information' but what if it's not there? Classic public sector moronity. Keeping decent men and women out of work. Useless.

I started working in NHSP since 2013. I love every shifts I did. The flexibility, the pay rates and the support they gave you is very good and I am satisfied. Its ashamed theres no nearer nhs trusts they partnered with where I am right now. I live in Bridlington East Riding of Yorkshire. I really hope there is atleast one hospital around here that is affiliated to them so that I can keep working in hospital through NHSP.

The system is calling for an upgrade. You should expect at least to receive an automatic message to say your shift has been cancelled like it happened to me a few weeks ago but just realised the same day I was meant to go to work it was no longer there...long waiting time to get help through the phone when your queries are out of the FAQ’s.....
