Had some roofing work done and the job was never finished. I tried for 3 months to get them back to finish the job and they kept promising they would and never showed. I have paid someone else to finish now- steer well clear.
More than impressed. Hard to find a trusted roofer these days. Owner is a gentleman and the workers don’t stop. Best out of the 5 companies I got to quote the work. Highly recommend.

We hired Myles from Optimum to fix our leaking roof, which he came to do and provided a guarantee for his work. The next time it rained, the roof was leaking in the same spot and we tried calling Optimum to take a look. They said they would get back to us, but never did and after repeated attempts to follow up, they started avoiding our calls or hanging up on us. Absolutely terrible repair work and non-existent customer service. I would highly recommend avoiding them as you'll end up having to pay someone else to fix what they won't or can't, as we did in the end.
Had a roof leak that caused a lot of damage , Optimum came out quickly , repaired the damage and I have had no issues since. Would highly recommend
