I have recently picked up a brand new Jeep Compass for Palmers Jeep in Hemel and must say I was absolutely blown away with the service. I was originally looking to purchase this car from a broker as I have had bad experience with dealerships in the past. I was looked after by Luke Fonseca who took time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and my desired budget and found me the perfect option. He made me feel at ease and I trusted what he was telling me. I very happily picked up my vehicle on Saturday and both Luke and his manager Lee couldn't have been any more welcoming. They went thought everything, showed me all the gadgets in the car and made sure I was 110% happy before I left. I then received a call from Luke yesterday to see how I was getting on with the car and if I had any more questions. It's not often you get service like this so worth a good review I would say. :)

Awful service. Been trying to call parts for over a month. No answer and no call back. Please fix your phone's or employ competent staff that don't sit around ignoring customer phone calls. Jerk offs

I needed to have my Jeep repaired. I needed a few cables replaced. The service received was amazing. What really put the Cherry on top was an aftercare call to ask if everything was alright and if there was anything else they could do. Really impressive
