" I recently purchased a caravan. I went to both high fields Grange and Valley farm. BOTH camps were helpful and were very giving with what they had to offer. The staff were very helpful and accommodating for the children that were with me. Thank you for the support"

I purchased a caravan 2 years ago. Used my savings & paid cash. Tried to sell it back & was offered 50. Was told it would lose a couple of thousand per year in value!?.... Somehow it's lost all value. Anyone thinking of buying a caravan with this company.. .. DON'T

Shocking Company to deal with - due to the ongoing complaint and likely route to resolve my issues all I will say is have a look around google at the complaints of people losing money and being ripped off - High Price of Caravan and Resale values - Ground Rates Increasing in line with well it seems like however much they want – people being trapped by not financially being able to get out - it's like buying a house we were told you won’t lose on it !! Were in a fortunate position where it’s not about the money it the principle now and unfortunately for them we have the money to pursue this, but with all this considered when the salesmen have Aston Martins with personalized plates and Audi R8's in the car park someone needs to pay for them don't they !! Would I recommend them as a company I would deal with again NOT A CHANCE !! BE WARNED BE CAREFUL is all I can say.

Take your hard earned money and click back to google...Doing business with this company will ruin your holidays. On the other hand if you love poor service, being lied to, getting quite annoyed and ripped off then this is the company for you. The facilities are terrible, the staff are even worse, the residents and passing hooligans like to urinate up the side of the caravans rather than inside on the toilet. You get cars driving around the site blasting hardcore dance music at 2am! the security which are poor to start with get beaten up by a gang of travellers they obviously tried to rip off. Residents Kids running around the site smashing windows. Not enough parking for residents, the parks are usually a building site or muddy swamp, the list goes on and on and on and on very much like the rain outside today.. I could probably sit here all day thinking of things that annoy me about the company, it's holiday parks and its staff but after a year of dealing with and listening to their constant lies and excuses I would recommend you avoid them like you would a steaming pile of vommit on the floor of an excrement stained toilet cubicle..

We're just coming to the end of a lovely week at White Cross Bay, Windermere, and have enjoyed every minute. The site is beautifully set in mature trees and we were lucky enough to be close to the lake. When we arrived we were amazed at our beautiful accommodation - plastinum lodge - beautifully clean and very modern. As time as gone by we just noticed that a few things were missing and after speaking to the reception staff were told that they had been very busy and they had been rushed to get the lodge ready for us. Missing - patio furniture - was told that it was on order but just hadn't arrived. The site gave us three chairs to sit on but there were four of us, they then bought us the fourth but it was broken and no outside table; Missing - no DVD player - we thought that the TV was a combi so when we came to put on a DVD on a very rainy day there wasn't one. The reception staff apologised and said that they relied on people like us to tell them what was needed in the lodges! To be fair when we came back from an outing we had a DVD player. Surely all accommodation should be check listed before occupied. What would help in the lodge - a table lamp - 12 ceiling lights are in the main room and it is extremely bright; Matress protectors - brand new matresses and no protection - what if someone had an accident or was ill????? No chopping board - a work surface protector but not a chopping board; Very clinical - not a picture on any wall just bare white walls; Bathrooms - nowhere to put your soap or toothbrush or handtowel. Toilet roll holder in main bathroom in an extremely awkward position!!! These are not complaints just suggestions to make anothers holiday more comfortable and homely. Would we visit again - yes we would but may look at a private hire and get a bit better value for money.
