Lovely friendly staff. Great value tea for 10.50 fresh sandwiches and scones, generous selection of small cakes and a huge pot of tea! A lovely afternoon catching up with friends in a warm comfortable atmosphere. We loved the decor. Have paid a lot more for this standard of afternoon tea elsewhere.

I love this tearoom as does my partner. A good selection of food and nice coffee. Be prepared for a short wait once ordering as the food is freshly prepared. A real gem with good service.

Nice little tearoom in the heart of the old town. We both had a freshly made Ploughman's for brunch which was very nice. The only problem was the long wait for it to arrive at our table after ordering.

Beautiful tea rooms in a 400 year old building. Lovely range of food and drinks served by most welcoming and friendly staff. The garden was an absolute delight to sit in especially during the warm sunny weather. 5*

Tea room in an interesting location. Prices fairly steep, service was so slow that we ended up feeling captive and wishing that we hadn't ordered. Do people not understand that you may, just possibly, have ordered food because you are hungry?
