Have used these guys a few times now for business and personal. Great booking service - and for what you get the most reasonably priced in the market. For me the unlimited mileage is unbeatable at that price. Have always been dealt with professionally and courteously by the booking team and also when I’ve put lee up vehicles. Have another booking in January and can’t wait.

To start off with, Nikki and the rest of the team were very easy to deal with. The booking and payments went very smoothly. I have no complaints in that department. I hired the SVR for my brothers wedding. The car broke down at the venue, I was unable to get any shots of the car and it was very embarrassing to say the least. I rang the out of hours line many times but no answer. I understand this can happen with cars but the after service was non existent. I have not since been called to explain what was wrong with the car, a refund or any form of communication. I called in when the car was taken back to explain how this had impacted and ruined my day. I was told that I would receive a callback once the problem has been found, I have not received this call.

Thanks to PCH, can’t explain how good the service was from the booking Nikki and Lyndsey both was so helpful what ever question I had was answered by both. I always hire vehicle from Avis prestige, hertz prestige or enterprise exotic. Due to giving a big amount for deposit. I saw the review for PCH and was like 50/50 am I willing to pay 3k deposit as I had bad experience previously from other company. But still I went with my heart and booked the SVR and paid 3k deposit was bit scared to give a amount like that. So when I collected the car Ivan who dealt with me was very professional got the car at the front checked the car and we went, dropping the car was more fast went there Ivan was there who checked the car and said everything is fine signed the paper and left, thanks to PCH staff who dealt with me Nikki, Lyndsey and Ivan making me comfortable, and am sure I will come back again, they got good selection of cars main thing is price I don’t think no one can beat as I only paid 870 for SVR for 3 days with unlimited Milliage. Thanks again

Hired a vechile with this organisation in late 2020 and had a very good experience. Despite running into unforseen difficulties, due to changing government regulations related to Covid-19, the team were fantastic, understanding and always put the customer first. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Liars. I booked a Mercedes S class COUPE for mid October. They got my booking dates wrong and tried to fob me of with some enormous 4 door limousine that they had obviously bought in from elsewhere. Some guy there then pretended he \hadn't noticed\ the car they were trying to get me to take was totally different to the model in their photo. I was disgusted and will never use them again. My first recourse is to their trade body, I assume that will be a waste of time but it has to be done first.
