Bought a car for 1500 within 2weeks it was undrivable. They offered to fix it so I gave them the chance 2 days later it died again and now has been written off. I'm 1500 down, the guy has totally blocked my calls and emails and should not be trusted. This was all the money I had and I now have nothing to drive and no money to start again either. These men are evil

Extremely dissapointed and very sad. Bought a family car from them and ended up paying 700 for a service a couple of weeks later as the car broke down on the roadside with my pregnant wife and little daughter in the car. It turned out there was a rotten radiator in the car along with other long term issues with it that they failed to disclose. Currently in the process of submitting a small claim case through the Civil Court. They are only nice with you until you buy the car. Avoid this company if you want honestly and a reliable car.

The guys seem genuine & honest when they are taking your money for a car. However, half way home we wound the passenger side window down and it fell out. We took it back to them and they said they would arrange for a part to be bought in and would fix the window. Needless to say after 3 months of ringing, e-mailing and several visits to them they have given us every excuse known to man and we still don't have it fixed. They also claimed that they had fitted the car with a new timing belt but our mechanic has examined the car and this was not done - they of course deny it and produced an obviously fake invoice for the work. On our last visit they claimed that this business no longer existed (despite the fact the same staff work there!) and are trading under the new name of Hemel Autos. They are out and out liars but the worst kind - who promise you they will get things sorted for you but fob you off time and again completely wasting your time.

I have bought my first vehicle from this dealership. Car was as described. Saleman very helpful with in depth knowledge of cars. Highly recommend this dealership. Been using this car for a while now .

Other half bought a car from here that was plagued with issues, and when taken back to complain, he sent it to a mechanic that also share this one star rating from others, and refuses to answer any calls. Ended up paying through the nose for a whole new clutch and gear stick system.
