During recent very cold weather my mother’s heating failed. My mother is bed ridden and severely disabled from a stroke. I must have tried 5 different heating companies to be informed there was no chance of them attending. Tom, once hearing on my mother plight dropped everything at 16.30 to attend to get her heating back on safely but temporarily until we could renew the boiler during warmer weather. He didn’t leave that night until very late testing and ensuring everything was correct, he is very safe, tidy and thorough in his work. My mother will now not have anyone else in the house to renew her boiler and has said yes to Tom’s quote. Well done lad she is a very hard to please lady!!

Tom was recommended to me by a neighbour. Booking an appointment with him was very easy and he turned up right on time. He carried out an annual boiler service for me and gave me a bit of understanding on gas safety and which was highly useful. Really couldn’t recommend TDP higher Thom came recommended by a friend who had used Thom previously and was very pleased with the work. We were slightly out of the way in North Oxfordshire, Thom entertained our enquiry never the less and installed an excellent new Worcester combi boiler to replace our previous system setup and installed a new Hive smart thermostat along with that so we can now control our heating before we are even home!! The install was excellent and trouble free. Thom was very knowledgable and knew exactly what existing boiler we had with just a phone call, he must have been in the industry for many years and it was apparent. We are very thankful to Thom for taking on our job, and without doubt would like to use him again when we move next time Was a pleasure to deal with and I recommend Thom to anyone looking for a neat and knowledgable installer Thanks again
