I took advantage of the takeaway afternoon tea service for my Mum's birthday. It was amazing. This is the second time I've had afternoon tea from the Tea Tree and its literally the best I've ever had. The food is home-baked and so fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend the Tea Tree to anybody. The food was so well packed for the takeaway to keep it nice and fresh for the journey home.

What a lovely place to come for afternoon tea. Everything we had was delicious. There was so much to choose from, from Cucumber Sandwiches, Quiches and some lovely scones and cream to some very lovely cup cakes... The service was very warm and welcoming. A must if you are in the area...
Very nice tearoom operating well in current circumstances. Social distancing in operation. Great range of cakes, drinks and savoury light bites. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.
Wonderful afternoon tea beautifully served on a "proper" cake stand with vintage style cups, saucers, teapot, milk jug etc. All staff appeared to be following current Gov't guidelines but that did not detract from their excellent customer service. The cafe itself is pretty without being too "themed". So much cake we bought half of it home in boxes they gave us. Excellent value for money & a lovely afternoon out.
Food was excellent, service fast and considered (order of food to bring cake after bacon roll, appreciated all the more as the cake was served warm). Bacon roll, with latté and orange drizzle cake came to 8. Good quality coffee. Good setting. One gripe was that I was sat next to the cd player for the room which played the same track on repeat for the whole time I was there. Cards accepted.
Lovely place but they really need a toilet which put me off going back.Cakes are good.
Lovely afternoon tea, very good choice and they cater very well for vegetarians. Great service as usual.
