Nick is such a poor soul looking for whom to steal from, very deceptive and manipulative. Please don't ever buy a flight ticket from them, they are not cheap at all, because you will end up spending more money due their incompetence, Nick is just too unfriendly, very poor customer service. They don't deserve a star.

UNTRUSTED TRAVEL AGENCY - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I reserved my booking on December 2020 and I should travel on July 2021. They told me that I should pay 200 deposit and 1500 between March-April 2021, therefore I contacted them on 12 April 2021 to pay my balance in order to get my flight ticket; unfortunately they are asking me to wait for some of their colleagues to call me back. ***MY TICKET HAS BEEN SOLD?**** TO COLLECT YOUR TICKET SHOULD TAKE MORE THAN 3 DAYS? *** 3 EMAILS SENT BUT NO RESPONSE***

My ticket schedules didn't match the AIRLINE ones, They ask bank transfers payments only without showing BANK DETAILS, ADDRESSES, EMAILS AND NAMES USED ARE FAKE Terms and conditions aren't respected (DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE) but they REFUSE TO REFUND ALL MY MONEY(1200), PLEASE AVOID BOOKING WITH THEM! INSTEAD, REPORT THEM TO ACTION FRAUD UK! Verediane.

Scam !!!!! Don’t book with them. I paid for my tickets and arrived to the airport. The confirmation number didn’t match . I didn’t have a flight . I got stuck at the air port with 3 kids!!!!

Absolutely shocking! COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!! Avoid like to plague. Shame I have to give 1 star. Tried to book a flight to America and went through the booking even the credit card payment to receive a booking confirmation then a phone call to say the tickets are sold out and were now more than double. Better yet the confirmation email they then sent out only had the 1/2 our travel party on it!!! Different addresses on website to the google page, should have known it was a total scam. Absolutely disgusting!!!
