I am not Happy with Wolsey Road Travelodge in Hemel Hempstead.Because I booked in with my grandson on 2nd April for 2 and 3 nights But on Arrival There was an incident and police were called. So we did not feel safe to stay there .We were promised A full refund.If we pay again and book in their other Travelodge not far just a drive away .So we did.And now we are still waiting for our refunds.And we paid insurance on our bookings.They are just ignoring my Messages concerning this, and Completely gone against their words ,that we were assured we would get our refunds.
