Will never ever use this company again 1st & last time!!! Travelled 3 hours to Gatwick for our flight which had been cancelled they never informed us they offered us 50 compensation for the stay over in hotel & rescheduled flight. Wasn't prepared to compensate til back from holiday this was last year still waiting for the compensation spoke to Thomas numerous times who tells us to email bank details but still nothing when you ask to speak to the manager they tell you he will ring back but never does probably spent more than 50 in calls 'Decoram' they don't know the meaning of the word absolutely disgraceful company to deal with .... stay away!!!@

Sam was an excellent representative. He was very professional. followed up with me regularly and didn't try to push me for a sell. The price was very good and he was able to hold the price for a few days. I would definitely recommend them.

I would very highly recommend Traveldecorum. I was looking online to book flights, and saw their advert and gave them a call. Stan answered the phone - he was very helpful, he saved me time in finding what I wanted, and saved me quite a bit of money by beating the online prices I'd found. On other occasions when I called them I spoke to other members of staff, they were all very polite, clear, helpful and friendly - thank you. Next time I need to book a flight, I will certainly call Traveldecorum. I don't think they operate from a high street shop any more, they work from a remote office/s.
So I purchased a ticket yesterday morning with this company after speaking to a customer service rep by the name of Peter the night before; l received an email with a reference number and an invoice but no e-ticket only to be contacted a few hours later by a representative called Troy to be told that the Airline had contacted them to say the outbound flight that I was travelling on was overbooked and they were "bumping off passengers"(I could've sworn you only 'bump off' passengers at the airport on the day of travel if a flight is overbooked. ..or if you're travelling on a staff ticket you can easily get 'bump off') ANYWAYS I was given two options of a stop over getting into my destination at a much later time or another option of paying more money for the same flight schedule "HUH" Lo and behold when I contacted American Airlines with my reference number 1. I was informed that they couldn't locate my reference in their system although earlier in the day when I accessed my details via the AA app my flight details was already in the system. 2. When I inquired from American Airlines if their flight was overbooked and if they were ' bumping off passengers' I was informed that there were many seats available in main and premium company so technically speaking they still HAVE SEATS available and they were NOT 'bumping off' passengers for that particular flight 3 When I tried to use my reference # on the AA app to retrieve my booking later in the day ...it automatically disappeared. 4 When I requested my money back...I was told that the finance department was closed for the day and that I will have to wait until tomorrow to get this sorted) To Travel Decorum ¿ If you've already paid upfront for a service why should you have to pay more for the same service....why did your colleague LIE and say the flight was overbooked when AA said it wasn't...so is AA lying too. Lastly why did you contact me after the finance department was closed? From A Disappointed Customer
Yes you might get a good price but beware as if anything goes wrong they wont even try to get you a refund, they just quote the airline policy.and tell you to go and check it or claim through insurance so just be very very careful and try avoid this company, I booked a car and flights and theyre saying not getting refund due to airline policy but have failed to mention the car hire which Im sure can be cancelled for a full refund but they avoid the car and just mention airline policy, please do not book with them in the future unless you are aware of this
The customer service provided from Travel Decorum staff, Sunny, was far and above expectations; incomparable to other agents that I have dealt with. The swift response showed by Sunny during the formation of Hurricane Irma is highly commendable. He was able to find tickets back to London, despite the scarcity of affordable tickets. I have rarely received such fantastic customer service and I would love to reiterate that the care given by Travel Decorum staff is something everyone should experience, and I highly recommend using Travel Decorum.
