Unfortunately my visit to this shop was not a very happy one ..because the yard manager had no control over his staff ..seems they wouldn't help him ...I had to help him sort my order ..when moving a heavy concrete product ..part of my order ..one of them fell .only that I moved quickly I would have been injured..the shop was undergoing stock check this Saturday .but u could cut the air in that yard with knife ..hr needs to bang a few heads and sort this store yard out ..it was truly ridiculous..the counter staff wer at least helpfull.

Rubbish customer service at the counter. Went here because I didn't have time to go to my usual merchants. The guy on the counter had no interest in serving me, or giving me a price for what I needed and told me to go outside and find one of the lads (who I eventually found and who were very polite but didn't know the prices). Got what I needed and paid through the nose for it.. twice what I usually pay for the same quality. When I queried the price I was told it was expensive skirting. Next time I'll just drive to my usual merchant in Watford or Kilburn where you at least get decent customer service and manners no matter how much money you spend.
