If there was less than 1 star I would give this!! I approached this company today to remove some files I needed for work. I was given a price as he initially quoted 79.99 for transfer of the hardware which as I explained I only needed 2 presentations from there we agreed 30-40 pounds. He rang and explained he couldnt get the days but insisted on charging me 29.99 for his time! This was never explained at the time. I would never use this company again. Disgusting!!!
