Don’t use this shop unless your 10000% going to keep the item. Bought some trainers yesterday morning took them home to see why they look like with different outfits and realised I didn’t like them. Same day went to take them back and they don’t refund your money they give you an exchange or credit note. “Company policy” it’s a joke and the manager was so smug about it. They did have a returns policy at the till but I didn’t notice it until they pointed it out

Friendly atmosphere when you arrive with some good quality clothes and shoe ware, one suggestion would be better training on folding clothing at the till point and making your leaving experience more positive
The staff are friendly and it's a clean and tidy shop. It didn't take long to get served at the till. But Its a small shop for a big town and it could do with upgrading to a bigger place as there's not much choice. Hence the missing star.
Don't bother wasting your time going here. Went to buy a couple of things that were on sale on the manager accused me of putting labels on or stealing! Even though the products were labeled wrongly by they're staff, been in shops before and had this problem and they just sold it at the price advertised which is what they should do. only reason I haven't given one star is because i genuinely do like USC for the products and price... just not this one.
Don't do refunds any more with original receipt and card. Only exchange or credit notes. Apparently now the same theiving company as sports direct
